Annie Zell is a healthcare executive with extensive experience in long-term care and a passion for serving older adults. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from James Madison University, with a focus on Business and Gerontology, and holds a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration.
Throughout her career, Annie has held leadership roles including Nursing Home Administrator, Assisted Living Administrator, Executive Director, Regional Executive, and Chief Operating Officer. She is known for driving operational excellence while building strong, supported teams. Annie believes that success comes from providing the right resources, fostering collaboration, and leading with heart—along with a healthy dose of laughter and positivity.
