ELEVATE Your Career
LeadingAge Washington’s ELEVATE Assisted Living Leadership Program provides an immersive in-person learning experience to equip both new and seasoned leaders with the specialized knowledge and refined skills needed to excel as exceptional leaders within the field of Assisted Living. With over 25 hours of in-person training, ELEVATE meets the requirements for administrator training outlined in WAC 388-78A-2520. Participants receive CEUs for every hour, and current administrators are encouraged to attend for a training refresher.

Registration
- ELEVATE will be held in person Monday through Thursday on the campus of a LeadingAge Washington provider in the Puget Sound area.

- Participants receive 27 CE hours.
Fees & Expenses
- Participants or their sponsoring organizations are responsible for covering the non-refundable fee of $749 (member) / $1,399 (non-member), as well as all hotel and travel expenses associated with the four-day, in-person training program.
- Continental breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided courtesy of our host sponsor.
Time Commitment & Expectations
- Daily sessions will run from approximately 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
- Attendees must be present for the entire day in order to receive CE credits and the final certificate.

Laura brings over 20 years of registered nursing experience in skilled nursing facilities to influence policy on federal and state clinical activities, including assessment, care planning, measuring outcomes, and regulatory compliance. She supports both skilled nursing facility and assisted living members of LeadingAge Washington, providing expertise on federal 5-Star and state quality measures to help improve outcomes and reduce hospitalizations. Laura also assists members in understanding assessment and documentation requirements, monitors survey trends, and acts as an intermediary between members and state quality oversight agencies. |
