With expertise in Washington State regulations including WAC 388-78A, WAC 388-97, and WAC 246-335, Annie brings clinical and operational knowledge across the full senior living continuum — from assisted living and memory care to skilled nursing, home health, and hospice. She understands the governance, culture, and financial realities of nonprofit operators because she has worked alongside them.
