Last week we sent out info in regards to enhanced FMAP for HCBS providers.  HCS has informed us that they are on track with the new service codes and they should be ready for providers to claim beginning Monday May 4^th.  HCS and RCS are working to create a dear provider letter for assisted living providers that they expect to be sent out later this week with details on how to utilize the $9.30 add-on service code as well as the retainer payment service code.  HCS is also working to create a management bulletin with details for adult day providers on how to claim the new retainer payment service code.  As soon as the dear provider letter and management bulletin have been released, we will send notification to providers.
