Consent to Use of Photographic Images

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, LeadingAge WA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant for LeadingAge to use and distribution (both now & in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.

Cancelation Policy

Cancelations must be received on/before May 27th for a Full Refund.  If received after May 27th, refund available less $75.00 cancellation fee.  If received after June 3rd, refund available less $400.00 cancellation fee to cover ordered meals/materials.   Replacements welcome, No Show-No Refund

Hotel Accommodations

A block of rooms is available at the Davenport Grand for a reduce rate of $165 per night (plus taxes and fees). Attendees can make reservations by calling the hotel directly at 509-458-3330 and referencing the LeadingAge Washington Annual Conference room block.
