You should have updated Safety Data Sheets for all chemicals in use at your community. Copies of the safety data sheets should be available for quick access in the areas where the chemicals are being used. Each chemical should also be properly labeled. It is the requirement of all vendors providing you any items containing chemicals, to ship both the current SDS sheets and additional labels with their product. Be sure if you put their product in smaller containers, those containers (bottles) must have the manufacturer’s labels affixed to the bottle. No Sharpies allowed to label bottles!
