DOSH DIRECTIVE – Department of Labor and Industries Division of Occupational Safety and Health Keeping Washington Safe and Working 

1.70 General Coronavirus Prevention

DOSH has updated this Directive to be consistent with current CDC, Washington State DOH, and Washington State Governor’s guidance for persons fully vaccinated for COVID19. Local Health Jurisdictions may have additional requirements related to COVID-19. This updated Directive addresses vaccination status verification in Section E and supersedes DD 1.70, dated December 22, 2020.  Please read highlighted sections carefully, guidance is given regarding fully vaccinated employees.  The mask mandate, social distancing and respiratory protection programs remain in effect for healthcare facilities, including long-term care buildings.
