Tenny Creek Assisted Living is a brand-new build, scheduled to be completed and opened in February 2022. Tenny Creek is a 40-unit community located in Vancouver, Washington, and will be home to individuals exiting homelessness.

Join The Team! We are seeking an experienced RN to help support the Executive Director and the team with all things health services related. This position will have a unique start as Tenny Creek is a brand-new build! We are looking to hire our RN in January. This will give us time to be ready to roll and serve our resident come mid -February 2022. Initial work will include taking some time to review CCL policies and procedures, assist with the training of our newly hired Care Partners, some set up within the community, and welcoming our new residents to their home!

What Our Nurse Will Do. Our RN is responsible for nursing assessments, wound care, delegation of nursing tasks, working with physicians and other medical providers, coordinating home health care when necessary, providing on-call support for guidance and instruction, active training and oversight for our caregivers and medication aides, QAPI participation (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement), infection control oversight, working with administration and all the care team members and assessing new residents that will call Tenny Creek home.

Qualified candidates must have a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Washington and at least six months’ experience in Community Based Care. Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
