National Nursing Home COVID-19 ECHO Action Network Conversations Series

National Nursing Home COVID-19 ECHO Action Network Conversations Series

The ECHO Institute, US Department of Health and Human Services, and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). The project is starting with a series of interactive teleECHO sessions designed for those focused on preventing infections, caring for residents, and ensuring the safety of staff in the nursing home environment. Check out the linked flyer to learn more and register now for the next sessions.

If you missed the first session, it has been recorded, I will send out the link as soon as it’s released.  There will be 16 sessions after these first three, 90 minutes each.  They are requesting you have 3-4 persons from your facility join these webinars, and all nursing homes participating in these sessions will receive reimbursement for staff time. After the 16-week required sessions, there will be an ongoing 36 sessions of Office Hours, where nursing homes will be paired up with regional academic practice centers (HUBs) who will each be mentoring 34 nursing homes in small cohorts on guided practice for ongoing best practices.
