Project Firstline Survey: Interactive Training and Resources for Infection Prevention * Submit by March 26th

To better fight COVID-19, the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) is working with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to give an infectious disease survey to frontline healthcare workers, including long-term care providers and agencies.  This survey is part of a project called Project Firstline.

Project Firstline is trying to prevent the spread of infections in Washington healthcare settings through interactive trainings and resources.

We estimate the survey will take about 15 minutes to complete.

Help us in our efforts to improve continued healthcare training in Washington by taking this survey. Tell us your learning needs.

Here’s a link to the survey:

Please complete the survey by 5 p.m. on Friday, March 26th.

The survey is best viewed on a computer or laptop. If you choose to use another device (for example, a tablet, iPhone, Android, etc.), it is best viewed in landscape mode for a wider screen. The survey works best in Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari web browsers.

We appreciate your help in getting this survey to as many healthcare workers as possible. Please share this survey link with other healthcare providers and caregivers in your organization.

For questions, please contact Madyson Schuh, Project Coordinator

Thank you in advance for making this a successful survey. You are providing for your future and the future healthcare workers in the state of Washington.
