With nearly three decades of research and leadership in the field of aging, Dr. Gendron challenges audiences to rethink what we believe about aging and the systems that shape it. Her work exposes how age bias influences our organizations, policies, and daily interactions—and offers practical pathways for building cultures where people of all ages can thrive.

As we continue our 75th anniversary “ChangeMakers” journey, Dr. Gendron will inspire leaders in aging services to question assumptions, dismantle outdated narratives, and lead meaningful change across our field.
