Charge Nurse RN

Under general supervision, responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Ensures a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. Develops assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeps each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Lead and direct a team of caregivers in assigned area. Duties and assignments may be adjusted at the discretion of the Director of Wellness Programs.

This position will be in our Assisted Living Department.

REQUIREMENTS:

Pay rate: $42-51.59 per hour.

Sign on Bonus $10,000

Monday-Friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM, On-call, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Education:

Completion of Licensed Registered Nursing Program (RN)
Experience/Training:

Clinical observation and assessment skills
Proficient computer skills necessary to complete documentation, review electronic health records and communicate with team members.
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional managerial experience in related field
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Current RN license in Washington State
Current CPR certification
Preferred:

Bachelors of Science in Nursing
Senior Care or Rehabilitation Experience
