Position Summary:
Sea Mar seeks a full time Administrator for its Cannon House assisted living facility located in the Central District of Seattle. Cannon House’s mission is to provide safe, affordable and high quality assisted living for retirees, seniors, and others in need of residential care who want to live as independently as possible. Sea Mar is looking for a dynamic leader to oversee the day-to-day functions of the facility and ensure quality care for residents.

Responsibilities:
-Observe, evaluate and manage systems within the facility to ensure efficiency, productivity and resident satisfaction.
-Provide leadership, supervision and support to managers and staff.
-Develop and maintain standards and methods for evaluating and measuring facility performance and activities.
-Develop strategies to increase overall resident census and community outreach.
Work with state agencies to coordinate services and compliance programs.
Qualifications:
-A current Assisted Living Administrator’s license
-Minimum four years’ experience in a senior healthcare setting
-Supervisory experience
-A+ Certification for licensed boarding home facilities, or obtain this certification within first three months of employment
-Working knowledge of assisted living facility requirements, and will be able to demonstrate commitment to the mission of the organization, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lead teams
-Must be fully fluent in spoken and written English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
-Flu and COVID-19 vaccination is required unless an exemption is approved by Sea Mar Administration
