Department of Social and Health Services sent a Dear Provider letter out with the revised July 1 Medicaid rate. The letter details the changes to the rate, including case mix adjustment, Median Lids, inflation adjustment, and COVID add-on adjustment of $13. As a reminder the add on will drop to $5 from August 1 through September 30. LeadingAge Washington continues to advocate for full restoration of the COVID add-on that SNFs received prior to July 1st, or $29 ppd. The letter also provides information about how to request an administrative review for your rate and that DSHS intends to follow the regulation regarding your request.  You can find the letter here for more details.
