Washington State Department of Health has recently released Interim Supplemental Guidance for Nursing Home COVID-19 Antigen Testing. These recommendations are intended to help guide infection prevention activities associated with SARS-CoV-2 antigen testing in nursing homes. Please note that this guidance departs slightly from similar CDC guidance and is considered interim. As circumstances evolve, this guidance may be updated. Nursing homes should continue to test and report results according to CMS QSO-20-38-NH.
