As our Resident Care Director, you will oversee all clinical, programming and staffing aspects of our Care Program. Besides the day to day operations of our Resident Care program, you will be involved with assessments and specialized resident care programs.

Your recommendations to the Executive Director with respect to resident services, staff evaluations, merit pay increases and staff coaching is required to inspire the team to excellence.
Must have an Active WA State RN license.
