Director of Clinical Services

Reporting to the Executive Director of Wesley’s Health and Home Care, the Director of Clinical Services (RN) is responsible for operations and resources of the At Home services for Wesley, a five star rated organization based in Des Moines, WA. The Director’s role is to ensure high standards of quality and safety in the delivery of home health care services and to coordinate the provision of services consistent with the philosophy and culture of Wesley Homes. This position plans, organizes and directs daily operations and oversees staff, assuming responsibility for policies, procedures and patient care services. The Director leads the daily process of enrolling new patients, managing existing patients, evaluating the clinical and financial efficiency of the programs and managing key staff members. Provide leadership and guidance to other leaders and staff in goals setting, problem-solving, resource management, and outcome achievement. Assumed responsibilities include regulations and licensure, quality assurance, program development, staffing and supervisor and marketing and public relations.

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; bachelor or master degree in nursing or health care related field preferred; Current and valid license to practice as an RN in Washington state; current and valid WA state license, unexpired CPR certification and current vehicle insurance required. Three to five years of clinical experience, preferably in home health. Leadership or supervisor experience highly desired. Able to perform patient assessments (medical history, physical health, mental health. Strong computer proficiency, excellent communication skills with patients, families and staff. Experience or understanding of quality assurance programs and regulatory compliance with licensure.
