We are looking for a Full-Time Regional Registered Nurse. We would welcome you as part of our Rapid Response Team. This position would cover Northern and Southern California, Phoenix, Arizona, Las Vegas, Nevada, Seattle, Washington.

Under general supervision, Regional Registered Nurse supports the Administrator, Director of Nursing (DON) in planning, directing, organizing, and evaluating nursing services to meet the total needs of the residents; help with supervision, oversight, hiring, etc. May have to cover as DON, ADON and nursing positions. Ensuring an efficient health facility operation in cooperation with other departments and in compliance with state and federal regulations. Provides care in accordance with our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:
Education
Completion of Accredited Licensed Nursing Program (RN)
BS Degree, preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and related professional experience
Experience/Training
Minimum of 1 year professional managerial experience in related field
Clinical observation and assessment skills
Proficient computer skills necessary to complete documentation, review electronic health records and communicate with team members
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Current RN license
Current CPR certification
