While we have yet to receive the official notice, we do believe that the long-term care waivers, set to expire tomorrow at midnight, will be extended again. The legislative four corners (House and Senate democratic and republican leaders) are reviewing many waivers, and occasionally we receive late notice that the waivers have been extended. The Department of Health and Department of Social and Health Services both have emergency back-up plans if the waivers do expire. We have been told there is no reason to believe these waivers will not be extended once again.

We will send out notice as soon as we receive an official letter.
