CMS has released the new visitation guidance, QSO-20-39-NH which will allow indoor visitation to begin. Since the WA Safe Start plan is more stringent, pending further clarification from RCS, Skilled Nursing Facilities are to continue with the WA State Safe Start plan for NHs until further notice. Assisted living should, of course, continue to follow the Safe Start plan as well.  We will provide updated information on indoor visitation when we receive it from RCS.
