In this 3-part (30 min each) series we will discuss the critical importance of practicing self-kindness and self-nourishment during your work day in order to stay healthy, adaptable and continue to give to your residents/staff in these trying times. You will learn practical mindfulness and resilience tools to help you to overcome fear, anxiety,  stress, loneliness and transform obstacles into opportunities. You will learn how to recognize our own stress reactions, and help your residents do the same. When you have tools you can respond to stress with, you can feel empowered, regaining some control over circumstances that feel out of control. Join us for this relaxing and nourishing experience.

In this 30 minute webinar you will learn simple, practical, on the job tools to rejuvenate your soul. We will incorporate clinical aromatherapy, healing touch and a mindfulness practice. We’ll briefly explore the neuroscience behind why these practices actually work to reduce stress, fear and anxiety. 

Thursday, January 14th – Part: 3: Finding the Silver Lining ~ When Everything Just Seems Gray
In this 30 minute webinar we will explore the Power of positivity, acceptance of what is, and gratitude practice to find joy in difficult times. We will explore briefly the neuroscience behind these practices and learn the power of simple daily rituals to help cultivate resilience.
