LeadingAge National has reviewed the guidance that the SBA has issued in regards to Paycheck Protection Program borrowers on loan forgiveness.  Under the CARES act the full amount of your PPP loan may be forgiven if you meet certain criteria.  For a better understanding of these criteria please see the summary here.   As you may know, the House passed a bill this week that would change some of the criteria.  We will keep you informed on any changes as they are made.
