Reminder To Use The ALTSA Online Survey Tool
If you have not already done so, please start using the ALTSA online survey tool. They are requesting that providers visit the website twice a week on Monday and Thursday to update your COVID information. Completing this survey on a regular basis allows ALTSA to be informed of the COVID status of residents and clients, the number of staff providing care, the amounts of PPE and test kits that are needed and the census and capacity of our facilities and agencies. While we understand the burden of multiple reporting requirements, having current information from this survey is critical to informing the public health partners in resource deployment.
