In an effort to better represent the situation in nursing homes and assisted living during the pandemic, we are asking you to please take less than 5 minutes to complete a survey. This survey hopes to capture staffing challenges and the solutions you’ve used to address these concerns. All responses will be confidential and will not be released except in the aggregate.
