We talked about this on our Cabinet Call yesterday.  This is the $29 ppd add-on to your Medicaid daily rate.  You do not need to do anything in order to receive this add-on, including the retroactive portion.  As DSHS states below, we are unsure as to how long this add-on will last.  We will send more information as we receive it.
