ALTSA has filed an emergency rule to allow 2019 Nursing Facility Cost Report extension requests to be filed through 5PM on March 31. You can find the rule text and WSR at the Office of Rates Management website.

This is a clarification of a previous email which stated the emergency rule pertained to the cost report itself.
