This week the residents and team members at the Wesley Des Moines Health Center got a surprise Bubble Performance outside their windows. While they were setting up they shared this with my Resident Engagement assistants, “We are Leeann Benish and Diane Lagerstedt. Our folks were Keith and Martha Inness.  Over the span of 3 years both parents were cared for at Wesley and it became not just their home but our extended family. One of Moms’ great joys were bubbles and we love surprising the residents and staff with a sunny bubble show every now and then.”

Even though their parents are no longer with us, they came back to share what brought joy to their family. We are so blessed at Wesley Des Moines to share our purpose, passion and mission with our residents and their families.
