All add-ons and retainer payments that were being provided through the enhanced FMAP are set to end next Tuesday, June 30.  This includes the retainer payments available to adult day programs and assisted living facilities as well as the $9.31 add-on for assisted living and the $29 add-on for nursing homes. 

We will be sending more information on Monday regarding our advocacy efforts.  We will also ask you to communicate with the Governor and legislators to inform them of the importance of those dollars in preventing and mitigating against the spread of COVID.  Now is not the time to reduce funding to long term care.  We are hoping to fully restore the rate add-ons and to adjust those payments retroactively to July 1.
