We have received multiple questions from Providers about the two different labs being used for LTC COVID-19 testing.  We have had conflicting information about the test instructions, requisition forms, directions for orders, directions for returning samples.

If you are in RCS Regions 1 or 2, you will be returning completed tests to UW Molecular Virology lab in Seattle.  If you are in RCS Region 3, you will be returning completed labs to Molecular Testing Labs in Vancouver.  Please note: These labs have very different directions regarding orders and requisition forms.  Please see links below for guidance from UW and Molecular Testing, as well as the registration form from Molecular Testing for more information, including contacts at Dept of Health.
