We have been receiving emails via the MDSHELPDESK@dshs.wa.gov that several Nursing Home facilities  have not received their 2019 Q4 Preliminary RUG Report.  A message was sent on 12/24/19 which included instructions on how to access secure email from us. It is important to follow the instructions below:

Beginning December 31, 2019, when you receive a secure email from DSHS employee, you will need to register with the new secure email service. You will receive instructions for registration to the new service upon your first use of the new secure email. In addition, here is the link to the Secure Email External User Guide.
