Washington State Department of Health Survey: Project Firstline Reply by March 26th

Help us learn more about what you need to reduce COVID-19 and other infectious diseases

To better fight COVID-19, the Washington State Department of Health is working with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to give an infectious disease survey to frontline healthcare workers. This survey is part of a project called Project Firstline.

Project Firstline is trying to stop the spread of infections in Washington healthcare settings through interactive trainings and resources.

Help us in our efforts to improve continued training for healthcare workers by taking this survey. Tell us your learning needs. Results will help us plan future trainings across the state of Washington.

Don’t miss this opportunity to provide your input!
