LeadingAge Washington’s mission forward aging services providers have joined together to create a specialized network, LeadingCare Network NW, whose vision is to maximize the health and well-being of seniors through innovative, cost-effective care management practices; quality improvement activities, and contracting relationships with managed care plans.

• Contracting and renegotiation for network target plans
• Credentialing and recredentialing for network target plans
• Completion of payor applications and RFPs
• Represent network members with contractual issues (claims, load, provider setup, etc.)
• Network management and committee leadership to direct quality, contracting, and membership functions
• Industry and market knowledge

LeadingCare Network NW is governed by a board elected by its members and is only available to LeadingAge Washington members.

Members participating in the network will experience contracting opportunities and work towards value-based performance contracts to enhance reimbursement through quality-based programs.
