CMS Report: What to Expect with the Minimum Data Set (MDS) Transition to iQIES on April 17th

Remember that MDS submissions will be turned off on April 13 at 5:00 p.m. PT. Providers should submit completed MDS records prior to 5:00 p.m. PT on April 13 to the QIES ASAP system or wait until 5:00 a.m. PT on April 17 to submit data in iQIES.
