The National Healthcare Safety Network NHSN will be updating the Long-term Care Facility COVID-19 Module with the release planned for the evening of Thursday July 8, 2021. Resources on the NHSN LTCF COVID-19 Module website will be updated as well, where indicated, with revised forms, instructions, FAQs and CSV templates.

** Please note DSHS will not be adding these updates to the DSHS survey.  Facilities will need to input any data related to new data fields directly into NHSN
