OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard Tools

With the new Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) for health care settings, including assisted living facilities, you will want to review the requirements to make sure you are in compliance. Even though we are expecting DOSH to issue their guidance, review the tools and use what you feel you’ll need.  Remember, DOSH can either adopt the OSHA rules, or make them more stringent.
