Earlier today DSHS sent out this Dear Administrator letter.  When comparing private pay rates to Medicaid rates for the 2020 Medicaid Cost Report, they did not include any COVID add-ons.  They will do the same next year with the 2021 Medicaid Cost Reports.

All other rules and regulations regarding the comparison of private pay to Medicaid rates still apply.
