Lisa Stubenrauch has 34 years’ experience in Skilled Nursing Care including Director of Nursing, Administrator, Regional Operations Manager, Regional Nurse Consultant, and Independent Nursing /Operations Consultant positions. She is currently the owner of Quality Improvement Consulting. She provides Infection Control, Nursing and Operations consulting to SNF’s in Washington State. Her website is LisaStubenrauch.com.

In the 11 years as Administrator of Issaquah Nursing and Rehabilitation Center she and her team were recognized with multiple regional and national awards, including the NADONA/LTC Antibiotic Stewardship Best Practices National Program Award.

Personal Achievements Include NADONA/LTC DNS of the Year-NW Region, WHCA SNF Administrator of the Year-2012 and 2017, 2016 NADONA/LTC National Nursing Administrator of the Year, 2012 North American Health Care Inc. President and COO Award of Achievement for Civic and Community Involvement, 2016 NAHCI Executive Chairman’s Award for Outstanding Patient Care and Customer Service and the Seattle Business Magazine’s Outstanding Medical Center/Hospital Executive Puget Sound Gold Award.
 

Misty Reid AGACNP-BC, MSN Chief Nursing Officer, Empres Healthcare Management- WA State Chapter of NADONA Member

Misty joined EmpRes Healthcare in 2016 where she currently serves as the Chief Nursing Officer. She comes with over 16 years of healthcare experience in the LTC industry. She began her career as a CNA before becoming an NP. Her career journey has taken her through many different positions throughout long term care, that has given her a great passion for mentoring and inspiring others in the industry. Misty holds a Bachelor degree in Nursing from the University of Wyoming, and in 2020 received her Master’s Degree in Nursing, and becoming board certified as an Acute Care Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (APRN) through the University of Northern Colorado.
