The department has filed emergency rules (WSR 22-06-042)) on February 24, 2022, to extend the timelines in WACs 388-76-10350, 388-78A-2100, and 388-107-0080 for completing ongoing assessments for residents whose care is state funded. You can find the full Dear Provider letter here.
