Webinar for SNFs: Residents with a Diagnosis of Substance Use Disorder: Follow Up Q&A with the Experts March 13th, 10:00 a.m.
On January 23, 2023, WHCA hosted a webinar in conjunction with LeadingAge WA, ALTSA/RCS, and HCA to provide information and requirements to skilled nursing providers and staff regarding how to best manage residents with substance use disorders (SUD) in post-acute and long-term care settings.
One of the goals of that webinar was to seek information from the attendees regarding their concerns, questions, perceived barriers and needs in order to help guide future work and supports for skilled nursing facilities. Unfortunately, time wasn’t on our side and as a result, the expert presenters from ALTSA/RCS and HCA will be available along with your WHCA and LeadingAge WA representatives for an hour long Q&A session on March 13 at 10:00 AM.
