The State Board of Health has updated Chapter 246-101 WAC regarding notifiable conditions. The new rules will be effective 1/1/2023. The rules update which conditions must be reported, the timelines for reporting, to whom conditions must be reported, and more. The update also adds enhanced services facilities as a ‘health care facility’ and requires them to meet reporting requirements.
