Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 10:00 AM PT
Person-centered, trauma informed (PCTI) program evaluation is a methodology that recognizes the likely history of trauma in program participants and actively strives to avoid re-traumatization in all aspects of an evaluation’s data collection and utilization. In this webinar, we will discuss the principles of PCTI program evaluation and examine a PCTI evaluation planning tool. We will also share examples of how two local agencies, Edith and Carl Marks Jewish Community House of Bensonhurst and Jewish Family and Children’s Service of Greater Philadelphia, have implemented PCTI evaluation in their work.
By the end of the webinar participants will have:
- A better understanding of trauma and the risks of re-traumatization during program evaluation activities
- A tool they can use to design PCTI program evaluation strategies
- Examples of how to implement PCTI program evaluations
