The department filed a permanent rule today to add two new sections and amend four sections in chapter 388-71 WAC, Home and Community Services and Programs, and chapter 388-112A WAC, Residential Long-Term Care Services Training.

These rules will set standards for remote skills training and update current definitions and basic training rules to allow virtual classroom and remote skills training.
