Assisted Living Capital Add-On Rate
On May 11th, DSHS is beginning to run eligibility calculations for the Assisted Living Capital Add-On Rate Effective July 2023 to June 2024. Please ensure that all claims for the qualification period of July 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022 have been submitted in ProviderOne before May 11th, 2023.
Once qualification has been set, DSHS will post the list of qualifying providers. Qualifying providers (60% Medicaid occupancy) will receive the capital add-on from July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024. In addition to the capital add-on, the legislature approved bridge rate add-on of $20.99 for providers 90% Medicaid occupancy.
