LeadingAge Washington Annual Wage Survey

This Friday, August 28th, is the final day to complete the LeadingAge Washington Wage Survey!  A link was sent to your facility via email from NRC Health a few weeks ago, if you didn’t receive an email containing the link to the survey please click here – https://www.nrcsurveyor.net/se/251137452AE50B52 to begin the survey.

Any Member that completes the survey will receive a free copy of the results.  Members who do not participate will have the option to purchase the report at a later time.  This is a valuable benefit to our members, as they use the information from the survey to help guide decision making for employment and budget development. This data can also be used to educate legislators about the wage demands we face when recruiting our workforce.

LeadingAge WA will distribute the report to participating member’s mid-September. Please reach out with any questions.
