Attention assisted living and adult day members we need your help on some advocacy. As many of you remember, at the end of the 2020 legislative session, the legislature passed HB 2965, which provides a total of $200 million for coronavirus relief efforts. Currently, OFM and state agencies such as DSHS and DOH are working on how these funds will be distributed and to who. We are working to make sure both assisted living and adult day programs are included in this plan but could use some additional voices. Below is a sample email that you can send to your legislators asking them to advocate to OFM that these settings need to be prioritized in the relief funding. 2965 Advocacy Letter
