King County Shares New Process for Ordering PPE

There is a new process for ordering PPE for King County Long Term Care Facilities, including all provider types other than home care agencies and individual providers.  LTCFs with or without confirmed cases may submit requests.  Due to limited supply, the priority is given to facilities with positive COVID-19 cases and not all requests will be filled or if filled they may be only partially filled.  King County PPE Weekly Order Form

To request PPE from the King County Office of Emergency Management,  please fill out the form attached and send your request to rcecc.logs@kingcounty.gov

The weekly deadline to submit is each Wednesday at 12pm. Questions about King County PPE requests should be sent to this same email address, rcecc.logs@kingcounty.gov.

The state-level DSHS LTC Incident Command also has a limited supply of PPE for distribution to facilities who have identified one or more COVID-19 positive or suspected residents or employees.

 

Requests from Individual Providers and home care agencies may be sent to Aging and Disability Services of Seattle and King County at ADSHomecareContracts@seattle.gov.  Again, not all requests will be filled or if filled they may be only partially filled.
