On April 16, 2020, the department filed a CR-103P under WSR 20-09-108 to adopt amendments to WAC 388-78A-3181 and WAC 388-78A-3183. The adopted rules now align with the civil fine implementation dates under RCW 18.20.190, Department response to noncompliance or violations.

The permanent rules will become effective on May 17, 2020.
