Earlier today DSHS received approval to extend the enhanced FMAP rate add-on of $29 ppd back to February 1, 2020.  They are working to submit the retroactive adjustment to everyone’s rates this coming Friday, April 17^th.  The scheduled adjustment of $29 ppd will be released today and this add-on covers payments beginning March 1^s.  You should have seen the adjustment to your March billing in today’s RA. 

You should continue to bill at your rate plus the $29 add-on.  To see what that would be for your facility, please reference the current rate sheet on the Office of Rates Management website here – https://www.dshs.wa.gov/altsa/management-services-division/nursing-facility-rates-and-reports.  You will need to use the 3/1/20, Current as of 3/30/20 rate sheet.
