Webinar 1: April 7, 2026 : Optimizing Nutrition and Choice: Menu Requirements for Long-Term Care Residents 

Objectives:

  • Review Nutrition parameters for the seniors’ population 
  • Discuss the Registered Dietitian’s role in menus to ensure nutritional adequacy

Webinar 3: April 21, 2026 :  Understanding the Connection: A Deep Dive into Nutrition and Wound Management in Long-Term Care

  • Explain the metabolic phases of wound healing and increased caloric demands 
  • Identify specific roles of macro and micro nutrients in wound healing 
  • Understand the role of a Registered Dietitian to the Wound Team
