Summit #4 will be integrated with the LeadingAge Washington Annual Conference & EXPO in Vancouver, Washington. The 27 Fellows will engage in a thought-provoking two-day workshop centered on self-management and personal discovery. This transformative experience will guide participants through introspective exercises, helping them uncover their core values, strengths, and areas for growth. The Fellows will develop strategies for enhancing self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and resilience, equipping them with valuable tools for both personal and professional success. As a culmination of their journey, the Fellows will celebrate their graduation from the program alongside all conference attendees, marking a significant milestone in their leadership development.
